Invoicemate provides online invoice creation, storage, and export tools for South African businesses. You are responsible for the accuracy of invoice content and your tax compliance with SARS.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are liable for activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions
Paid plans renew according to the billing interval selected. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Invoicemate for unlawful purposes, fraud, or to store malicious content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Limitation of liability
Invoicemateis provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months, to the extent permitted by South African law.
6. Governing law
